Warranty

We guarantee the products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years when sold to natural persons in accordance with the relevant EU consumer protection laws. The warranty period is 12 months if the buyer is a legal entity.

The warranty for certain floating plastic pontoons is 10 years when sold to natural persons. The products currently covered by this extended warranty are Ufloat 3.0, Ufloat 3.0 L, Ufloat System and J240 plastic pontoons.

This extended warranty applies to natural persons only, relevant EU laws regulate warranty term for legal entities.

This warranty excludes normal wear and tear.
In the event of a warranty claim, we will replace the defective item free of charge after examining the circumstances.
