Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

Goods are delivered by dispatch to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address specified in the seller’s order processing is decisive for choosing appropriate delivery transportation solution.

If the transport company returns the dispatched goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation, if he is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller had notified him of the service a reasonable time in advance.

You agree that your e-mail address or telephone number will be passed on to Freeway Logistics SIA, Riga, Prusu 3 k-1 – 60, LV-1057, Latvia, so that the service provider can contact you by e-mail or telephone before delivery of the goods for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date or transmitting status information on the delivery of the consignment. Your consent given in this regard can be revoked at any time.

FAQ

All our products are delivered directly from our warehouse to your doorstep by small trucks. For the sake of the environment and simplicity, we do without packaging as far as possible. This means that your ordered delivery can be unloaded and assembled directly without any problems.

The delivery time is between 10 – 14 working days under normal circumstances. If an extreme bottleneck in production or similar scenarios cause a deviation in the delivery time, we will proactively communicate this to the customer.

We are happy to deliver our pontoons or complete kits “anywhere”. For orders and deliveries to Germany, Austria, the Belgium, Netherland, Luxemburg, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark and Poland the prices shown on our webshop include shipping.

All other locations – please contact us as we have to check the freight costs and a freight surcharge may apply.

Even though we have even delivered to a nature park in Portugal, there may be places where delivery is simply impossible or the freight costs are simply too high.

For orders and deliveries to Germany, Austria, the BeNeLux, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark and Poland the prices shown on our webshop include shipping, because we want to keep it simple for our customers. Sometimes, for example, if a customer only buys one accessory, we lose money on small orders, but we don’t plan on changing our policy.

All other locations will be quoted based on order and place of delivery.
