All our products are delivered directly from our warehouse to your doorstep by small trucks. For the sake of the environment and simplicity, we do without packaging as far as possible. This means that your ordered delivery can be unloaded and assembled directly without any problems.

The delivery time is between 10 – 14 working days under normal circumstances. If an extreme bottleneck in production or similar scenarios cause a deviation in the delivery time, we will proactively communicate this to the customer.

We have a 30 day return policy without any questions asked. Simply return the items to us in unused condition and we will be happy to issue you a refund by bank transfer. The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
